Why Our Laser Files Cut Better

Why Our Laser Files Cut Better

Our laser files are created by a small team that works with laser machines on a regular basis. We design with real cutting conditions in mind, focusing on how files perform once they’re loaded into laser software — not just how they look on screen.

Each design is built with clean, organized paths and a clear layer structure to help reduce setup time and avoid unnecessary adjustments. Our goal is to make files that are easy to cut, easy to assemble, and reliable for repeat use, especially for small businesses and everyday makers.

We continuously review and refine our files as tools, materials, and cutting workflows evolve, making small improvements over time to stay aligned with real maker needs.

All designs are provided as digital downloads and include the following file formats: AI, DWG, DXF, EPS, PDF, and SVG.

Our files are compatible with popular laser machines and software such as Glowforge, xTool, and LightBurn, and are optimized for common material thicknesses, including 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 4.5mm, and 5mm wood.
