How to Download Your Digital Files

All products in our store are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Please follow the steps below to access and download your files.

After Checkout

Once your payment is completed successfully:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • This email includes a download link for your files

If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam / Junk folder.

Download from Your Account (Recommended)

If you created an account during checkout:

  • Log in to your account on our website
  • Go to My Orders
  • Open your order
  • Download your files directly from the order page

This is the safest way to access your files anytime in the future.

Guest Checkout (No Account)

If you checked out as a guest:

  • Use the download link in your confirmation email
  • Or click “View your order” in the email to access the files

Please download and save the files to your device for future use.

What Files Will I Receive?

Depending on the product, your download may include:

  • SVG
  • DXF
  • AI
  • PDF
  • EPS

These files are compatible with most laser cutting machines such as:
Glowforge, xTool, LightBurn, and other lasers.

Important Notes Before Downloading

  • We strongly recommend using a desktop or laptop computer
  • Some mobile devices and browsers may not support digital downloads
  • If your files are in a ZIP folder, please extract the files before use
  • This is a digital product only – no physical item will be shipped

Having Trouble Downloading?

If you experience any issues such as:

  • Missing files
  • Download errors
  • Corrupted files

Please contact us and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We typically respond within 24–48 hours and will be happy to help.
